Zucchini Chips
Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Olive oil
- (Optional) Vinegar
- Spices (salt, pepper, dill, etc)
Directions
- Thinly slice the zucchini into rounds
- Toss the zucchni slices in a bowl with oil, vinegar, and spices to evenly coat all pieces
- Place zucchni slices in a dehydrator set to 135 degrees and leave for 12 - 24 hours, or until they are dried and no longer very flimsy
- Allow to cool before eating or storing
