Zucchini Chips


Ingredients

Directions

  1. Thinly slice the zucchini into rounds
  2. Toss the zucchni slices in a bowl with oil, vinegar, and spices to evenly coat all pieces
  3. Place zucchni slices in a dehydrator set to 135 degrees and leave for 12 - 24 hours, or until they are dried and no longer very flimsy
  4. Allow to cool before eating or storing
