White Gravy
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk (can substitute with almond milk)
- salt
- black pepper
Directions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
- Add flour and stir constantly until it becomes light golden brown
- Add milk and bring to a boil while stirring
- Stir for 1 minute until gravy thickens
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- (optional) If the gravy is too thick, add more milk
