White Gravy



  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
  2. Add flour and stir constantly until it becomes light golden brown
  3. Add milk and bring to a boil while stirring
  4. Stir for 1 minute until gravy thickens
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste
  6. (optional) If the gravy is too thick, add more milk
