Veggie Burger


Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (skip this if cooking on stovetop/grill)
  2. Cook quinoa
  3. Microwave or boil sweet potatoes
  4. Chop red pepper, onions and kale and toss into a mixing bowl
  5. Drain black beans and add to the mixing bowl
  6. Add the sweet potatoes and quinoa to the bowl
  7. Add adobo to taste
  8. Mix and mash all the ingredients together
  9. Pour mixture onto a pan and form into patties
  10. Bake for 20-30 minutes or cook on stovetop/grill until golden brown and firm
