Vegetarian Chili



  1. Cook quinoa
  2. Combine seasoning, pumpkin, tomatoes, quinoa, and black beans in a large pot and bring to a simmer
  3. Over medium-high heat, saute onions, corn, and peppers until cooked
  4. Add the onions, corn, and peppers to the chili and simmer for 5 more minutes
