Tofu Dumplings




Chili sauce


  1. Combine all filling ingredients
  2. Saute filling over medium heat until cabbage is cooked, then set aside
  3. Combine all dough ingredients
  4. Knead dough for 10-15 minutes
  5. Rest covered for 30-60 minutes
  6. Divide dough to make thin 4 inch disks
  7. Pinch filling into dough disks to make a dumping shape
  8. Saute dumpings over medium heat until the bottom turns golden brown
  9. Add a little bit of water and close lid to let steam for 5-10 minutes
  10. Combine all chili sauce ingredients and use as a dip
