Meatloaf

Ingredients

For the loaf:

• 1.5 lbs ground turkey
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup onion flakes (rehydrated)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

For the glaze:

• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all loaf ingredients and mix well
3. Form into a loaf shape on a sheet pan
4. Bake for 30 minutes
5. Combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl
6. Remove loaf from oven and spread glaze on top
7. Return loaf to oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165
