Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 4 russet potatoes
• 1 stick of butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Dice and boil potatoes until soft
2. Mash potatoes
3. Stir in butter, milk, salt, and pepper
