Falafel


Ingredients

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients (except the oil) until a dough forms (playdough consistency)
  2. Form dough into small flattened balls about an inch thick (~ 6 of them)
  3. Fry each side of the falafels in oil on medium high heat until crispy and brown, or optionally air fry at 400F
