Elote (Mexican Street Corn)
    
    Ingredients
- Cob of corn
 
- Mayo
 
- Chili powder
 
- Salt
 
- Melted butter
 
- Cheese (anything works, but cotija or feta is best)
 
Directions
- Boil or grill corn
 
- Coat corn in melted butter
 
- Coat corn with a layer of mayo
 
- Cover in cheese
 
- Dust with chili powder and salt to taste
