Cilantro Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp cilantro (dried; can substitute for fresh chopped - about 5 sprigs)
Directions
- Melt butter over medium heat
- Combine and beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and cilantro
- Pour eggs into pan and stir constantly to break it up
- Remove from heat when eggs are cooked
