Ingredients

Directions

  1. Over medium-heat, saute ground meat in oil
  2. Once the meat is cooked, add the onions, corn, and peppers and saute until cooked
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a simmer

Directions (Instant Pot)

  1. Saute ground meat on normal setting
  2. Once the meat is cooked, add the onions, corn, and peppers and saute for another 2 minutes
  3. Add all other ingredients to the pot and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes
  4. Quick release
  5. Saute for another 5 - 10 minutes to thicken the chili
