Black Bean Burger



  1. Using a food processor or potato masher, turn black beans into a thick paste
  2. Add seasoning to the black bean paste to your taste
  3. Combine the black beans with bread crumbs and egg
  4. Heat a skillet with some oil over medium-high heat
  5. Split black bean mixture into two, and form into a patty shape
  6. Cook the burgers for about 4 minutes on each side, or until a crust forms
  7. (Optional) top with cheese, sauteed onions, Jalapenos, BBQ sauce, etc.
